At Androuet, our passion for creating beautiful cheese platters is a true art de vivre, deeply rooted in a tradition honed since 1909. As demanding master fromagers, we compose every platter like a harmonious work of art, guided first and foremost by seasonality.
But our attention to the season is only the beginning. We proudly favor raw milk cheeses, whose rich, living microbial flora delivers an unparalleled aromatic complexity. Each platter tells the story of a specific terroir, a dedicated producer, and a precise moment in the year.
We tailor our presentations to your wishes and constraints. A cheese platter for the end of a meal is presented differently from one designed for a cocktail reception.
While whole cheeses are magnificent, we have also mastered the elegant art of pre-cutting: clean slices, individual portions, or ready-to-serve assemblies — always prepared at the very last moment to preserve their freshness and prevent any drying.
